82 Million Word Challenge @ Bradach

82 Million Word Challenge

The administration at Bradach School challenged their students to double the words read from 41 million last year to 82 million this year.

If the students made the challenge, Mrs. Hirst would dye her hair and Mrs. Renfrow would kiss a pig.

The 5th Grade teachers challenged the 4th Grade to a reading competition for May, and whichever grade level read less the teachers would get pie in the face.

Day of Action @ Ted Vick

TVS Day of Action

Ted Vick School celebrated Day of Action with PTA passing out Lifesavers in the parking lot.

They handed out 250 lifesaver messages to families reminding them to safeguard their students from dangerous internet and social media activity.

During recess, students joined hands in unity circles to support students of all makes. We also had door decorating competitions during the day. We closed the day with a rally, giving gifts to students who have exemplified what a true friend is. It was a great (albeit busy) day!
